Insider Stays is a private, invitation-only program from the developer that lets a small circle of guests genuinely experience the home — and the Osoyoos community — before deciding whether it could become their home, a vacation property, or an investment. For most people a home is one of the largest decisions they will ever make, and we believe they deserve to truly test-drive it — to live in it for a few days rather than walk through for twenty minutes. That is why every stay includes a meeting with our sales team, and why up to $4,000 of your stay can be credited toward a purchase. It is a forward-thinking, try-before-you-buy approach to one of life's biggest decisions.

A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is pre-authorized on your card three days before arrival — a hold, not a charge. It is released after check-out once the home is confirmed in good order. If there is damage beyond normal wear, extra cleaning required, missing or broken items, or a house-rule breach (smoking, unregistered guests, parties), we may apply part or all of the deposit toward the cost and send you an itemized summary. Any damage exceeding the deposit remains the responsibility of the guest who booked. Treat the home as your own and the full hold is released.
